The BloomWorks Care Model: Three Steps

The BloomWorks Care Model is built on the belief that effective treatment begins with understanding. Just as healthy growth begins below the surface, meaningful care starts by understanding the full picture before deciding what comes next. Rather than beginning with a standard therapy schedule, every patient starts with a thorough diagnostic evaluation to clarify concerns, identify patterns, and understand the systems shaping daily life—medical history, emotional functioning, development, school or workplace demands, family dynamics, and environment. From there, diagnosis, feedback, and collaborative treatment planning create a clear path forward. For some, this clarity and direction are enough. For others, it becomes the foundation for ongoing therapy, CBIT, consultation, or systems-based support across school, work, and family life. Care is never one-size-fits-all. It is individualized, evidence-based, and built around what each patient needs to grow.
Step 1: Understand

Step 1: Understand

Complete intake forms and participate in a diagnostic interview to explore symptoms, history, functioning, and the systems shaping daily life. Just as healthy growth begins below the surface, meaningful care starts with understanding the full picture first.
Step 2: Plan

Step 2: Plan

Review findings together, establish, clarify, or adjust diagnoses when appropriate, and receive a brief written report with personalized treatment recommendations. This creates clarity, direction, and a thoughtful plan built around individual needs.
Step 3: Support

Step 3: Support

Move forward with the care pathway that fits best—therapy, CBIT, consultation, family support, school planning, or workplace accommodations. For some, diagnosis, clarity, and a plan are enough. For others, this becomes the foundation for ongoing care and long-term grow.
