Important Practice Details
BloomWorks provides telehealth-based psychology services for children, teens, and adults. All appointments are conducted via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform.
BloomWorks is a private pay practice. Payment is due at the time of service. Superbills are available upon request for patients seeking potential out-of-network reimbursement. Use of HSA or FSA cards may be possible depending on your individual plan.
Services may include evaluation, consultation, and treatment. Ongoing therapy is not required for all patients.
Communication between visits is limited to scheduling and administrative needs. Clinical care, recommendations, and treatment planning are provided within scheduled appointments.
BloomWorks is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
Dr. Katrina Hermetet is the sole owner of BloomWorks and a licensed psychologist in the state of Ohio. All services are provided directly by Dr. Hermetet.
